Chi Chi Chu, Teacher

Chi Chi has loved cooking all her life and has been making her own sourdough and kimchi for many years. She lives on a beautiful creekside homestead, where she grows, processes and eats her own food.

Nick Nevares, Teacher

Nick has been experimenting with Kombucha potions for the past 5 years. Using whatever fruits and herbs he has on hand, in addition to choosing recipes that support health based on the season, Nick’s Kombucha is known for its unique and enchanting flavors. Nick has also mastered the art of sprouting, and is looking forward to sharing his experience with the attendees.
