Chi Chi Chu and Nick Nevares will take you on the enjoyable tour of different types of fermenting and growing sprouts in your own kitchen. Attendees will learn how to make kombucha, kimchi, sourdough starter and sprouts, and will take home a sourdough starter, kombucha scoby, and a sprouts jar top to help begin their own kitchen magic at home.
