- Booth payments must be made in advance of the event, via our website.
- All booths will receive a pre-assigned location in our Main Stage park. Booth locations were sent out along with payment links.
- Booths are expected to be staffed Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th between 10am - 5pm. Booth setup starts at 7am Saturday morning. (If you need more time to set up, please contact Anya - director@crestoneenergyfair.org)
- Booth footprints are 10x10. Vendors are required to supply their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. No sound amplification is allowed.
- All vendors must keep their booth area clean (Leave No Trace).
- All vendors must be aware that the Colorado Dept. of Health requires that food for sale be produced in a licensed commercial kitchen unless it falls within the Cottage Food Industry guidelines.
- Vendors are required to uphold the Town of Crestone and Saguache County ordinances, including fire bans, and to cause no harm to anyone or any property during this event.
- The Energy Fair offers no insurance for vendors. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own business liability insurance.
- The Energy Fair does not offer overnight security. Anything you leave overnight is at your own risk.
- No electricity will be provided. Please bring your power source for electricity and lighting. (Solar lights recommended). No generators allowed.
- The San Luis Valley has the potential for 50 - 70 mph high winds. Please anticipate securing your vending area appropriately. The stakes that hold a tent down will not suffice. Weights (sandbags, etc) are REQUIRED. We can also expect possible afternoon showers so make sure to prepare for rain as well.
